Have you ever wondered how Kendall Jenner managed to maintain her physique and snag that toned tan body?

When you look at her socials, let me guess- all you can think of is "How?"

In this blog series, we would tackle all the habits one must posses to become "That Girl" and how YOU, yes you, can become one too.

For today's girlie, we'll have Kendall Jenner as "That Girl"

About "That Girl"

The 27 Year old Kendall Jenner is an American model, media personality, socialite and businesswoman. As we all know, she is the daughter of Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner, who rose to fame because of her appearances on the famous reality tv show, "Keeping up with the Kardashians".

She has a younger sibling and eight older half siblings. Kendall started her schooling at the Sierra Canyon School in LA but switched to homeschooling later to pursue an early modelling career.

Kendall was signed by Wilhelmina Models, a modelling and talent agency, when she was still 13 years old. She got many modelling assignments until she became one of the highest paid models by 2015, and listed as the highest paid model by 2017.

Kendall Jenner has led several successful business ventures and also created a lifestyle brand Kendall+Kylie with her sister Kylie Jenner. The 27-year-old also participates in philanthropic initiatives- Such as setting up an ebay account to where proceeds from her auctioned clothing will be donated to the Children's Hospital in Los Angeles.

Now that we learned who she is, let's dive into the juicy part, what IS her daily routine? What habits does a "That Girl" have?

The Habits of "That Girl"

1. Waking up early

Kendall Jenner typically wakes up at 6 to get ready. Her daily routine includes going out to the gym first thing in the morning after eating her breakfast and drinking her detox tea. Although she wouldn't train excessively, she lifts weight and does bodyweight exercises to gain and maintain muscle mass. Kendall Jenner doesn't use heavy weights on her workout routine, instead she uses moderate weights to accommodate the needed reps for a particular exercise.

2. Abs Workout

As Kendall Jenner's daily workout routine is currently not available for the public's eye, we have gathered these exercises from a workout Kendall loves to do for a strong core and a toned midsection.

  • 30 secs Forearm Plank

  • 30 secs High Plank

  • 15 secs Side Plank

  • Side Plank Knee to Elbow Crunches (5 reps per side)

  • 30 secs Bird Dog High Plank (15 secs each leg)

  • 15 secs Rocking Plank

  • Knee to Elbow Plank (5 reps per side)

  • Standard Crunches (20 reps)

  • 30 secs Bicycle Crunches

  • 20 secs Vertical Crunch

  • Frog Crunch (15 reps)

  • Twisted Crunches (15 reps)

  • Single Leg Lifts (15 per side)

(In-depth explanation on how to do this workout will be posted later today so stay tuned!)

3. Following a healthy diet

Though, Kendall Jenner is not particular with her food choice, she still follows a healthy diet that adheres to the nutrients her body needs. She also doesn't stick to a specific type of diet such as Keto, Paleo, or Vegan. What her diet usually entails are simple kitchen ingredients she can find at home. Kendall does not restrict or eliminate any foods from her diet. However, she tries to keep her cheese consumption in check to maintain a clear skin. She also promotes detox teas on social media as it is an essential part of her dietary habits. On some days she drink 12 cups/ 2.8 litres to remove the toxins from her body

4. Drinking Water

Included in Kendall's diet is drinking plenty of water. Studies show that drinking enough water could help you satiate your hunger, temporarily boost your metabolism, and increase weight loss.

Moreover, getting enough water can not only increase weight loss, it can also improve the quality of life and may prevent side effects such as headache, dehydration, and fatigue.

What’s more, staying well-hydrated can improve regularity, support digestive health, and prevent issues like constipation.

5. Journaling

Journaling has proven popular and effective for treating clients experiencing anxiety, possibly because of an improved acceptance of negative emotions and a more helpful emotional response to stress.

When we are stressed or consumed by negative thoughts, it’s really difficult to view our situation objectively. That's why you can use a journal to channel thoughts and emotions while working through anxiety, depression and even your dreams and goals.

Moreover, writing in a journal can help us create the space and distance needed to reflect on what has happened, where we are, and what is ahead.

As Kendall Jenner said:

"It's important to have a space that's just for you where you can let out your happiness, your anger, frustrations, and stress, the things that are freaking you out, the things that are making you happy and even just ideas."
